As our country has become more racially diverse and the current political and legislative environment at both the state and federal levels has become more complex, HRC must work in these challenging times to broaden public support for LGBT equality by engaging millions of diverse, fair-minded people who represent the full spectrum of ethnicities, national origins, ages, sexual orientation, gender identity, beliefs, religions and faiths, cultures, socio-economic backgrounds and levels of physical ability.
