Increase access to life-saving oxygen by procuring and installing oxygen generation plants in hospitals to treat severe and critical COVID-19 cases
Provide rapid, accurate testing machines in some of the most affected districts
Support communities and essential workers to weather this storm and prevent further disruption to outreach programs and services for children.
American India Foundation
This NFP has a three pronged approach to help address the issues in India around healthcare and covid-19
-Responding to the acute shortage of health infrastructure by providing Oxygen, ventilators, hospital beds and cold storage equipment.
-Helping those who are at the greatest risk of getting infected by community screening and providing PPE gear.
-Education and nutrition - provide education around the spread of Covid 19 and provide food to those in most need.
Care
Care help provide essential hospital services, more health workers, additional beds, oxygen supply, and much more in India.
Path
Path is a global health nonprofit based in Seattle, that has a team of more than 200 people working in India to procure oxygen supplies and accelerate Covid-19 testing and surveillance.
Direct Relief
Direct Relief is working with several local Indian nonprofits, global logistics companies and large-scale manufacturers to source and transport oxygen concentrators and other critical items into India.
