About
Sweat with Pride:
Event Details:
When: Thursday, June 25th @5:30pm EST
Who: Liz Van Voorhis, former Master Instructor of NYC's LGBTQ+ owned and operated spin studio the Monster Cycle.
Liz is also the founder and CEO of FIT COLLECTIVE, a consultancy focused in NYC & LA, representing experiences, products and people on a mission to make the world a healthier place. She trains clients and groups independently as a N.A.S.M. CPT. She also began virtually streaming her workouts 2 days into quarantine in order to continue her work leading countless people across the world in movement and motivation!
Why: We believe in creating a consistent safe space to acknowledge and focus on mental health now and always. The Trevor Project and their family of supporters fuel their life-saving crisis services and ensure they can complete their mission to be there for LGBTQ+ youth 24/7, confidentially, and for free. Trevor is there for our youth whenever and wherever they need support, connecting them to their trained crisis counselors any time, any day, and through anything.
For every donation made in connection with this event, Namely has pledged to match up to $750 to The Trevor Project.

The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project's mission is to end suicide among gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people. We are the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ young people. The organization works to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs on platforms where young people spend their time: our 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, text. We also run TrevorSpace, the world’s largest safe space social networking site for LGBTQ youth, and operate innovative education, research, and advocacy programs.
