In celebration of Pride Month in June and the work of US Commercial's MultiplyIT initiative to improve diversity and inclusion in Cisco's hiring and promotion practices, the following fund has been created. All organizations within this fund receive Cisco matching. The Trevor Project provides necessary counseling, research, and advocacy for LGBTQ young adults that struggle with suicide and depression, a leading cause of death for LGBTQ youth.

One N Ten

Serving LGBTQ youth and young adults ages 11-24, One-N-Ten enhances lives by providing empowering social and service programs that promote self‐expression, self‐acceptance, leadership development, and healthy life choices.

National Black Justice Coalition, Inc.

NBJC's mission is to end racism, homophobia, and LGBTQ+/SGL bias and stigma. NBJC supports Black individuals, families, and communities in strengthening the bonds and bridging the gaps between the movements for racial justice and LGBTQ+/SGL equity.

Out in Tech

Out in Tech unites the LGBTQ+ tech community by creating opportunities for our members to advance their careers, grow their networks, and leverage tech for social change.
