Please consider contributing to this fund supporting nonprofits that are providing direct aid to families and pets impacted by the devastating wildfires in west Maui that have destroyed most of the beloved town of Lahaina, resulting in loss of life, injuries, and leaving thousands of people without shelter, food, running water, utilities or transportation. Devastating wildfires quickly spread through the Hawaiian islands of Maui and Big Island on August 9, 2023, leading to several deaths with thousands forced to evacuate their communities. Homes, businesses, and infrastructure have faced catastrophic damage, including historic Lahaina, and relief efforts are currently underway. The County of Maui and the State of Hawaii will need to undergo massive rebuilding efforts. The timing of our Aloha events will give us an opportunity to support the disaster and recovery relief.
